La Terrasse was born from a quiet obsession — that dinner should never feel ordinary. Tucked into the leafy avenues of Koregaon Park, we brought to Pune the unhurried grace of a Parisian bistro and the bold confidence of modern continental cooking.

Every dish on our table traces its lineage to classical French technique, then surprises you with something deeply personal: an ingredient sourced from Maharashtra's farms, a spice borrowed from memory, a plating style that feels like art you're allowed to eat.

We serve those who believe the best conversations happen over excellent food and an unhurried glass of wine.

The Kitchen

Chef Armand Lefèvre

Armand Lefèvre grew up in Lyon — the gastronomic capital of France — where Sunday lunches lasted four hours and silence at the table was considered impolite. He trained under Michel Bras in Laguiole before spending five years in London refining his craft at a Michelin-starred institution.

His arrival in Pune in 2016 was, he says, "not an accident but a hunger." He found in Maharashtra's produce — the jaggery, the raw mangoes, the fragrant kokum — ingredients that held stories he wanted to tell in French.

At La Terrasse, Armand's cooking is personal. Nothing on the menu exists because it should — only because it must. He changes the tasting menu every six weeks, following the seasons and his own restless curiosity.
