From fragrant coastal curries to smoky tandoor classics — a culinary journey across 29 states, curated by Chef Arjun Mehta, plated with artistry.
Spice Route was born from a simple belief: that Indian food, at its best, is among the most sophisticated and diverse cuisines in the world. We're not a buffet. We're not "curry house." We are a fine dining experience dedicated to the depth and beauty of regional Indian cooking.
Chef Arjun Mehta spent 11 years travelling across India — apprenticing under a Lucknowi khansama, learning coastal fish curries in Mangalore, mastering dum cooking in Hyderabad. Every dish on our menu carries that story.

"For a food writer who's dined across 40 countries — this is the Indian restaurant I'd show the world. The Naga Pork alone justifies a flight to Pune."
